David Schwinger has always been an advocate for living a healthy lifestyle. From working out to eating right, David enjoys living life with a positive, well-nourished mindset.

David played basketball growing up as a teenager in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, where he recognized his passion for being physically active and feeling good because of it.  Now, he works out five
times a week and supports eating organic foods.  With a family of four children, David acknowledges the importance of eating right and developing healthy habits from a young age.

David SchwingerAt the moment, David works as the Principal of the Law Offices of David Schwinger PLLC in Washington, D.C.  He has been in practice for more than twenty-five years and believes eating well and exercising play a large role in being able to think quickly and clearly in the workplace so he can do his job at the best of his capabilities.

David also enjoys watching and playing tennis.  He has been to the US Open, Wimbledon, and the Davis Cup Matches in Washington D.C.  One of his favorite athletes is Pete Sampras, who is widely known as one of the best tennis players in history.  David was lucky enough to get to watch Sampras win the Davis Cup in D.C. in 1995.  Sampras has also made history at the French Open, Wimbledon, US Open, and Australian Open and is known for being an all-court player and an expert in serving and volleying.  David has been a long-time fan of Sampras, admiring his hard work ethic and natural athletic abilities during the height of his career.

Holistic medicine also plays a role in David Schwinger’s health life, residing on the notion that healing can be achieved through the body, mind, spirit and emotions of a person if they gain proper balance in life.  Most practitioners believe that if one part of a human being is not working properly, it affects their overall health.  That’s why having physical, emotional, and spiritual balance is key for holistic remedies.  Becoming aware of your diet, exercise, and psychotherapy is vital to becoming aware of one’s overall well-being.
This is why David supports organic eating and daily exercise.
